THE CHALLENGE:

Create a new brand positioning, identity and campaign to establish Drummond as a leading provider of regulatory compliance, security and risk management services.

THE INSIGHT:

In an industry governed by fear and insecurity, clients are seeking expertise and humanity. 

THE SOLUTION:

An exhaustive competitive audit revealed a compelling truth – the combination of deep category expertise, full suite of services, and uniquely client-centric approach were Drummond’s true differentiator.

We started by branding Drummond’s approach to business – we named it “Humanitegrity.”  This concept gave The People of Drummond an idea to rally around and deliver as part of every client interaction.  In addition to building employee morale, it sent a powerful signal to the marketplace that Drummond conducts business with the greater good in mind.

We went on to craft a new brand strategy and positioning, logo and graphic identity, brand manifesto, photography style, a full set of stationery and collateral, brand messaging, and a brand identity manual to codify the entire system.

Our clean, contemporary graphic approach references Age of Enlightenment visual language, which draws inspiration from mathematics and an exploration of the cosmos.  This approach adds elements of tradition, warmth and authenticity to the brand, and helps position Drummond as a forward-thinking company.
